How To Be Massively Successful In Your Network Marketing Business

Starting a network marketing business is no easy task. It requires dedication, long hours, and a lot of groundwork. The money will not start flowing in tomorrow. However, you can become a success at with the right skills and the right plans.

One of the best ways to succeed in network marketing is to emulate what the most successful members of your company are doing. There is no need to reinvent the wheel. Instead, study the techniques of the leaders of your company, and then implement those same techniques. Following proven leaders can help you find success more quickly than trying to figure it all out on your own.

Don’t give away all your secrets, yet. Your network marketing materials should entice the reader into wanting to know more and taking the next step to seek out the information you provide on your website. If someone takes the time to visit your site, they’re showing they have the drive to be a part of your business.

No business is going to run like a well-oiled machine when you first start out, but you should take note of your network marketing tactics to ensure that you’re streamlining the process as you go along. The further you push ahead in your business; the easier things will be to keep organised and running efficiently.

Picking your spots in network marketing is incredibly important. You won’t be able to pitch a product to just anyone. Make sure you’re sticking with a niche market and always advertising to those people more likely to join your network. Remember, there’s something in it for them too, so make sure they know it.

To make sure you get the most out of the time you spend network marketing, look at how much income the various activities you do produce. If you spend a lot of time on social media, but aren’t seeing much profit from that, it’s better to focus your energies elsewhere. Try to complete your most profitable activities first thing in the morning.

Take your network marketing online. Many people are not setting up an online marketing system, and this is hurting them badly. An easy way to set your business apart from others is to jump into the online world, where you can (with a little hard work) generate more leads than you know what to do with.

Avoid using network marketing jargon when you’re speaking to a prospective client. There are many phrases that are commonly used within network marketing circles that will not be understood by people who do not work in such a circle. Explain terms if you must use them, but be careful not to talk down to clients.

Running a successful networking marketing business is within your grasp if you are ready to put in the time. What we’ve covered here is just the start of what you can learn. Keep refining your system and working with your base, and never stop trying to learn more about your business.

Fun and Healthy snack ideas for children

“I’m hungry”. If you got a cent every time your kid said that to you; you’d be a millionaire by now.

Children’s ability to develop an appetite at any hour of the day is just amazing. Be it the after-school mini meal, or the evening snack after play, they love their daily quota of munching! We’ve all gone through the same phase of growing up.

However, arranging healthy food for kids always might not be that easy. This binging in between meals is actually the biggest reason behind obesity in children. While you may find it hard to turn down their snacking demands, you can always make sure what they’re eating is healthy. After all, the habit of healthy eating in children starts from home.

Whip your kids some tasty home-made snacks, that are as easy as making instant noodles, but a whole lot more nutritious! Make your children’s health your priority with these healthy snacks:

Fruit Flavoured Milk:

Milk and fruits are a good way to substitute chips and soda for that evening snack. Make it great by blending them both together! Use fruits like strawberries, peaches, or mixed berries with low-fat milk to make a delicious glass of Fruit-Shake, filled to the brim with healthiness.

Oatmeal pancakes:

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It’s also the most rushed. Make the most of every second by whipping up a super-fast pancake made with oat flour. Served with eggs, they take less than 5 minutes to make. The carbohydrates and proteins make it good food for the kids.

Green Kebabs:

Feeding green vegetables to kids is like taking on the toughest job on the planet. Fool them into eating spinach and peas by cooking up some healthy ‘green’ kebabs. Put in some potatoes for a balanced meal. They make excellent finger foods for kids and can be served any time of the day.

Yogurt Dessert:

Swap that unhealthy ice-cream sundaes laden with fats and sugar with a cupful of fruit yogurt. Sweeten some Greek yogurt with some honey, mix in berries, and freeze it like popsicles. Dessert suddenly becomes a healthy food for the kids.

Sweet-Potato chips:

When hunger strikes, kids usually reach out for bags of potato chips. Give chips a healthy twist by using sweet potato instead of potato. Don’t fry them, instead, bake them until crispy, and serve them with homemade coriander sauce.

As much as we like to keep our kids happy, we also like to see them healthy. Junk food might be the easiest option when it comes to snacks, but it does more harm than good to your children’s health. So grab that apron, and just take 5 minutes out of your busy schedule to rustle up some healthy snacks. Who said healthy food can’t be fun?

Full Time Working Mum But Need Extra Money

With a bit of energy you can bring in some extra cash with these ideas.

Even though we work hard for a living, working mothers often find ourselves searching for ways to make extra money or spend less. This extra money is often used for luxuries, such as family holidays, new furniture, high-tech gadgets, etc.

Maybe you can’t imagine finding time to make extra money when you already work full-time. However, there are some creative ways you can make extra money without cutting into your quality parenting time.

Many working mums long for jobs that can be done from home. Imagine a ten second commute into your home office where you could work, make money and be near your children. Home based jobs allow you to spend more time with your children. Many of the best home jobs for mums also allow mothers to have flexible schedules whereby they can adjust their work routine to accommodate their children’s school needs and extracurricular activities.

Not sure what you can do from home to make a living? How can you find a job you can do from home?

While we all can’t be writers or bakers, keep in mind that you can use one of these popular home-based jobs as a starting point to create the unique job that will suit your lifestyle and financial needs.

Try making extra money by doing one or more of the following jobs:

Babysitting

If you no longer have babies, but your friends or neighbours do, ask if they want a Saturday night out on the town. Maybe you can babysit and bring your children along as helpers. This way you spend time with your family while making money watching someone else’s child or children.

Personal shopping

Love to shop, but have friends or colleagues who hate it? Offer to do holiday shopping for friends and family members who don’t have time.

Charge 10-15 percent of what your customers spend as your fee.

Most of the shopping can be done online and delivered directly to your customers’ homes. Offer to make returns for your customers at no charge, so it’s not a hassle for them. If you get several steady customers, you can earn money all year long when they need to purchase apparel, electronic or household items for themselves or others.

Direct marketing

From selling healthcare product lines, such as Juice Plus+ or Forever Living, to becoming a representative for direct marketing companies that sell items such as jewellery, household products, or weight loss products you can make extra money.

Many of these direct marketing jobs require you to host parties in people’s homes, where you earn a percentage of the sales you make. In most cases, you can do this on a weekend evening after your children are in bed. It’s a great way to make extra money, and socialise at the same time. Just make sure you don’t end up blowing your extra money on products for yourself — or spending so much time on marketing and planning that your pay ends up rivalling minimum wage.

Sales Jobs

From a cosmetic representative to a gift basket designer, there are many sales oriented jobs that can be both profitable and easy to for mums to do from home. If you are unsure about the type of sales job that will work best for you, try to find something you’ll enjoy selling.

If you’re not familiar with the sales business you’d like to launch from home, try to identify a niche. Seek out a product that is in demand in your area. You can research online the types of sales jobs that net the biggest profits. It’s also wise to research how you’ll be able to ship products, and you’ll need to learn the most efficient way to do so. There also are sales jobs that offer products, like insurance policies, that can be sold from home. Many companies will allow representatives to work from home.

Craft making

Have a special craft-making talent? Do you have a knack for making decorative household or personal items, such as jewellery boxes, floral wreaths, or homemade jewellery? Make these items at night after the kids have gone to bed.

In turn, you can sell your items via word of mouth, by posting photos on your Facebook page, host a party at your home, or setup an Etsy shop.   Again, be careful that the time you spend doesn’t end up dwarfing the amount of money you can make, based on the prices you can charge. The time away from family is precious, after all.

Online Jobs

If you want to launch an online business, think of a service or products you can offer online. This can be everything from a life coach or wedding planner to a custom cookie maker. You can broaden your market and buying audience by launching an online business. You can attract many more clients by having a website that markets the products or services you sell.

Why crash diets are not the answer after the Christmas blowout

I’ve never been a fan of crash diets, so I found myself nodding in agreement when I read research stating that yo-yo dieting can be harmful to health.

According to experts, cycles of weight loss – many of which are unsustainable for any long term period may damage not only physical wellbeing but emotional health too.

The body’s ability to defend itself can also be impaired as intermittent cycles of weight loss and weight gain affect immune function as well.

Of course obesity and weight gain increase the risk of a whole plethora of health problems. However, nutritionist Karen Collins, an advisor to the American Institute for Cancer Research (AICR), suggests that caution may be required when cutting out food groups as part of a crash diet.

Commenting on recent research, she states that “repeated attempts at dieting could be harmful”.

She explains that one type of immune cell believed to play a key role in cancer prevention is the ‘natural killer’ cell.

“These cells attack viruses and cancer cells. One study links low levels of natural killer cells with an increase in cancer incidence,” she says.

She adds: “A new study draws a link between repeated weight loss and injury to the immune system. In this study, natural killer cell activity dropped in women who lost and regained at least 10 pounds two times or more. In contrast, natural killer cell activity stayed the same in women who had never or only once lost more than 10 pounds. Weight lost following childbirth was not counted for any of the women.”

She does throw in the caveat that, despite the findings, any link between yo-yo weight loss and decreased immune function remains “tentative”.

However, she goes on to state that the psychological damage of such repeated crash diet efforts may present a much more worrying problem than any potential physical affects.

She states: “In one recent study, the more times women had dieted, and the younger they were when they began, the more overweight they tended to be.”

Apparently most of those women who participated in the study had dieted more than 11 times, “using a wide range of strategies”. All of these women were obese, many extremely obese.

The nutritionist explains that the authors of the study highlight the psychological damage resulting from repeated weight loss ‘failures’, “especially when diets are forced on young people”.

She adds that repeated diet attempts over a long period of time could make it “difficult” for a person to establish sustainable or permanent healthy behaviour.

I have to say that from personal experience wholly agree with her sentiments that adults would be much better off attempting to “build a lifestyle of healthy eating and regular exercise” instead of crash dieting now and again.

I have found that the holistic approach to losing weight and improving health and wellbeing is sustainable. I believe there are no such things as instant results and quick fixes when it comes to sustainable health and wellbeing.

In achieving health and fitness goals it appears that slow and steady wins the race and according to experts it may also be the much safer option.
